Nainesh Rathod – CEO

As the co-founder and CEO, Nainesh Rathod guides VizSeek's vision, technical strategy, and product direction. Before founding VizSeek, Mr. Rathod founded Maxim I/T in 1996, which was acquired in 2003. Previous to that, he held several engineering and executive positions at Flow Dynamics Lab, EDS, and MEEDCO. Mr. Rathod received his bachelor's degree in Engineering (with a special interest in Gas Dynamics) from Purdue University and successfully completed the three-year ESE program at EDS. He has also received several professional certifications.

Dr. Jamie Tan - Chief Technical Officer

As co-founder and CTO, Jamie Tan leads VizSeek's product development team and is the key software architect for current and upcoming product releases. Prior to VizSeek, Jamie was the Director of Research and Development at Maxim I/T. Previous to that, he held several senior research and software development positions in Massachusetts with Lam Research Corporation, Loral Corporation, ADE Corporation, and Vivid Technologies before moving to Indiana, where he worked for Mailcode, Inc. Dr. Tan received his Ph.D. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a master's degree in Physics from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree in Physics from Fudan University, China. He has a keen interest and expertise in image processing, content-based information retrieval, modeling, simulation, and algorithm development.
